- WhatsApp Business
- The agency number, through Meta’s official API. Every conversation lands in the inbox with its contact, Noa answers if you let her, and your team can take over at any point. It also sends forms to qualify a lead in a single message.
- Instagram Direct
- Direct messages to your business account land in the same inbox as WhatsApp, under the same contact if it is the same person.
- Facebook Messenger
- Same as Instagram: the agency page wired into the inbox, with Noa optional.
- Website chat
- A widget you paste into your site. Whoever writes from there arrives as a lead, carrying the listing they were looking at.
- Telegram
- You create the agency’s bot on Telegram, paste its token and its conversations land in the same inbox, answered from ByDomu.
- SMS
- With the agency’s own Twilio account: texts to your number land in the inbox and are answered from there.
- Google Calendar
- Each agent connects their own calendar, both ways: visits booked in ByDomu show up in their Google, and whatever they already had blocks the slot so Noa never offers it. They can disconnect whenever they want.
- Trovit · Mitula · Properati
- A private address with your inventory in the format these aggregators read. You set it up once and they publish on their own whatever you flag as publishable; the leads they generate come back to your inbox.
- Your portal, on your domain
- A public portal with your brand on your own domain. It feeds off the same inventory, so there is no second website to keep updated.
- Excel and CSV
- Contacts and listings from your file, with you deciding which column is which. You can repeat it as many times as needed.
- Wasi
- Inventory connector to keep working in Wasi: syncs properties, prices, photos and availability hourly. Requires Wasi API access and connection validation. Includes reviewed, manual import of new contacts. Contact edits and deals are not synced.
- EasyBroker · Tokko Broker
- You paste your account’s API key and ByDomu reads your inventory every hour, one way: you keep editing there and here your team and Noa use it. Contacts and deals are not synced.
- Public API and webhooks
- If you have developers: your own keys and documented endpoints on paid plans, and on Enterprise webhooks that notify your system when something changes. It is what agencies use when they want a bespoke website running off their ByDomu inventory.
