Does it publish to Fincaraíz, Metrocuadrado or Ciencuadras?

It doesn’t publish to those portals: you keep posting there as you do today. What goes out on its own is your website and the feed that Trovit, Mitula and Properati read.

If I change the price, does it update everywhere?

On your website and the feed portals, yes, automatically. Whatever you already posted on Facebook or Instagram stays as it was; you can make a new post if you like.

How much do virtual staging and the 3D tour cost?

Virtual staging is paid with Noa credits: 10 credits per image, from your plan’s monthly pool; if you run out, add a credit pack. The 3D tour (beta) includes tours every month: 5 on Business and 20 on Enterprise, plus 2 per project with Projects; on Individual and Profesional, or for more, turn it on with the 3D Tour add-on, between $15,000 and $10,000 COP per listing a month depending on how many.

Can I share a listing without my brand?

Yes. The anonymous link shows the listing without your agency name or the agent’s details, so you can send it to other colleagues.

Which plan includes it?

Every plan, with unlimited listings. Video by link is on every plan; uploading the video file, from Business. Virtual staging uses Noa credits and tours vary by plan.
