Is it available yet?
Yes, in beta. You create it from the listing or the development and it stays on that same record. Business includes 5 tours a month and Enterprise 20; on Individual and Profesional you turn it on with the 3D Tour add-on, and every active development includes 2 for the show unit and the sales room.
Which phone do I need?
To film the tour, any iPhone or Android. The floor plan with m² and the dollhouse need the LiDAR on an iPhone Pro (or iPad Pro); it’s optional. Viewing it needs nothing: any phone, tablet or computer, no app.
How long until it’s ready?
Minutes. We let you know when it’s done and there is nothing to edit. If part of the video came out incomplete, it tells you which one to film again.
Does it work for off-plan developments?
Yes, for what can already be walked through: the show apartment and the sales room. Each project comes with two tours, shown on the project page and embeddable on the developer’s site.
Where isn’t it worth it?
In empty bare shells, where renders or virtual staging work better; in inventory that moves in days; and in single-room spaces, where the photo already says it all.
Which plan includes it?
Business includes 5 tours a month and Enterprise, 20. On Individual and Profesional you add it with the 3D Tour add-on. Projects includes 2 per project. Add-on prices are on the Pricing page.
