Does it sync with Google Calendar?

Yes, per agent. ByDomu appointments are sent to their Google Calendar, and if you change one of those appointments there, the change comes back to ByDomu.

Does it work with Zoom?

Not yet. Virtual viewings use a Google Meet link.

What if the client can’t make it?

They get the reminder on WhatsApp and reply in the same conversation. If they want another time, Noa moves it; if they can’t make it, she cancels it.

What if the client doesn’t show?

You mark it as a no-show and it’s recorded on the viewings panel. With an automation you can write to them to reschedule.
