How much does migrating cost?

Nothing. The importers are included in every plan, free trial included, and you do not have to switch off what you use today.

How long does it take?

Usually the inventory is loaded the same day. Each batch imports in the background while you keep working and you see progress live; the time depends on the file size and the photos.

Which formats are accepted?

CSV, Excel (.xlsx) or a .zip with the export. Keep listings and contacts in separate files; if you have no format, download the template from the importer.

What if something goes wrong?

Each batch tells you which rows did not make it and why. You fix the file and upload it again: nothing is lost by trying.

My team will not want to learn something new

It is the most reasonable objection, and that is why Noa matters: agents do not have to log anything. The WhatsApp conversation is the record; the contact, what they want and the viewing appear without anyone typing them.

We already pay for another CRM

If your CRM already handles your inventory, you can keep it and connect it. Judge ByDomu by what it adds: Noa answering, follow-up and team coordination. Both services are paid separately.

And if we want to leave later?

Your data is yours: there is export from the app and, from Inmobiliaria Pro, an API. On Independiente, Inmobiliaria and Inmobiliaria Pro you cancel from the app, no lock-in; Enterprise runs on a contract and what was signed applies.
