What backs up each signature?

ByDomu keeps evidence of every step: who opened and signed, with date, time and IP, plus a certificate page with the document’s fingerprint and an RFC 3161 timestamp. If your contract has special requirements, check them with your lawyer.

Does the invitation arrive on WhatsApp?

The invitation arrives by email, with the signing link. Noa can remind whoever is missing on WhatsApp, using the pending-signatures template.
