    You define how it’s split between the agency and whoever took part. Rules keep their versions, and if the closing comes through Red Domu, the partner’s share is calculated too.

    When a deal closes, the commission is split among those involved. Each agent sees in “My commissions” what they earned, what has been paid and what’s pending.

Does it issue DIAN electronic invoices?

No. ByDomu invoices are internal, with your own numbering. If you use Siigo Nube or Alegra, ByDomu sends them the issued invoices and their payments so your books stay up to date.

Does it reconcile with the bank?

No. ByDomu doesn’t connect to your bank. What it does is send the invoices and payments you record to your accounting software.

Does ByDomu collect payments for me?

No. ByDomu doesn’t receive or move money: you record the payments you’ve already received and the numbers are built from them.

Does it work in Mexico?

Yes. With Facturama, the invoices and payments you record are stamped as CFDI 4.0, with their payment complement.

Which plan includes it?

Commissions and “My commissions” are on every plan. Bookkeeping — income and expenses by category, recurring expenses and Excel export — is available from Business.
