Who it is for

For anyone who serves clients over chat.

If your clients write to you on WhatsApp, Instagram or your website, and today those conversations live scattered across several phones, Messages brings them together in one place for your whole team, with Noa answering when nobody can.

  • Independent agents
  • Agencies with a team
  • Rental managers
  • Developers with a sales office

How it works

From the first question to the viewing, without switching apps.

  1. Step 1

    Connect your channels once

Today every channel lives in a different app and on someone’s phone. WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and your website chat land in the same inbox; if you also serve clients on Telegram or SMS, you connect them with your own bot or your Twilio account.

    • Several WhatsApp numbers, each with its own team
    • If someone writes on Instagram and then on WhatsApp, it suggests merging the two contacts
  2. Step 2

    First, whoever is still waiting

With twenty open chats nobody knows who is still waiting. “Waiting on you” gathers the conversations where the client wrote last and nobody has replied, with how long they have waited. What Noa is handling goes separately, under “Noa is on it”, and if Noa has not replied within 10 minutes it moves to “Waiting on you”.

    • Snooze a conversation: it comes back on its own when due
    • Schedule a message to go out at the time you choose
  3. Step 3

Noa answers, and hands you the conversation when it should

A client who writes at eleven at night does not wait until tomorrow: Noa answers with your inventory. When they ask for a person, raise a legal question or sound upset, Noa hands you the conversation and lets you know. If 8 hours go by and nobody picks it up, Noa takes over again; you can change that window or turn it off.

    • Copilot mode: Noa leaves the reply as a draft and you send, edit or discard it
    • Whatever Noa does not know, it asks you internally, and your answer reaches the client
  4. Step 4

    The team shares the work

Without rules, new clients end up with no owner, or two agents answer them. Each new conversation is assigned by channel, number, words in the message or your business hours: in turns, to the agent with the fewest open conversations, to a fixed person or to the contact’s owner, with a deadline for the first reply.

    • If you want, each agent sees only their own, the unassigned and what Noa is handling
    • Internal notes with @mentions to hand over a case without the client seeing it

Everything included

Every feature, one by one.

What Messages does today, no fine print.

Channels

  • Official WhatsAppMeta’s API, with several numbers: the WhatsApp belongs to the agency, not to an agent’s phone.
  • Instagram and FacebookDirect messages land in the same inbox, without opening each app.
  • Website chatYou see the listing the visitor was viewing. If nobody replies within 2 minutes, Noa greets them and takes their details.
  • Telegram and SMSWith your own Telegram bot and your Twilio account, if your clients are there too.
  • One client, one contactIf the same person shows up twice, it suggests merging the contacts; you confirm.
  • Voice notes and filesWhatsApp voice notes with their transcript, photos and documents inside the chat.

Inbox and team

  • “Waiting on you”Whoever wrote last and got no reply yet, with how long they have waited.
  • Snooze and scheduleThe conversation comes back when due and the message goes out when you choose.
  • 24-hour window and templatesYou see how long you can still write freely on WhatsApp; after that, you pick an approved template and the client’s name fills in by itself.
  • Quick repliesWith a shortcut and per channel, for the usual questions.
  • Routing rulesBy channel, number, keywords or hours; in turns or to the least busy, with a first-reply deadline.
  • Bulk actionsAssign, close, snooze or tag several at once.

Noa and context

  • Hands you the conversationWhen the client asks for a person, asks something legal or gets upset. If nobody picks it up in 8 hours, Noa comes back.
  • Copilot modeNoa writes the draft and you decide whether it goes out, as is or edited.
  • Asks you what it does not knowYou answer inside the inbox, it reaches the client and, if you want, Noa learns it.
  • Suggested repliesUp to three options from Noa when you ask; pick one and adjust it before sending.
  • The client alongsideWhat they are looking for, their deal and stage, the next viewing and how many times they opened each listing you sent.
  • Inbox analyticsFirst-reply time, what has been waiting and how much Noa answers versus the team.

Before and after

What changes in your day.

Without ByDomu

  • Each agent replies from their personal phone
  • Instagram messages are seen hours later
  • Nobody knows who already replied to whom
  • When an agent leaves, their chats leave too

With Messages

  • The agency’s WhatsApp, in a shared inbox
  • Instagram, Facebook and your website land in the same place
  • “Waiting on you” shows who still needs a reply
  • Conversations stay with the agency

Use cases

How each kind of agency uses it.

  • Independent agent

One number, and Noa at night

You reply from your phone or computer, and whatever arrives at eleven at night is handled by Noa with your inventory. If the client asks to talk to you, Noa hands it over.

  • Agency with a team

    Every conversation has an owner

One number for sales and another for rentals, round-robin routing and a first-reply deadline that flags the conversation when it runs out.

  • Rental manager

    Tenants and owners, in order

Damage reports arrive in the inbox with a photo, and Noa answers the tenant’s balance and files the certificate request for the agent to send.

Questions about Messages

If it is not here, write to us: a person will answer.

Write to us

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

Yes: ByDomu uses Meta’s official WhatsApp API and you connect it from the app. The messages Meta charges for are billed directly to your Meta account, not by ByDomu.

Can I connect several WhatsApp numbers?

Yes. Profesional includes 2 numbers, Business 3 and Enterprise as many as you need. Each number can have its own team and routing rules.

What happens if Noa does not know the answer?

It tells the client it will confirm and asks you inside the inbox. You answer right there and the reply reaches the client; if you mark it, Noa keeps it for next time. And if the client asks to talk to a person, Noa hands you the conversation and lets you know.

Are chats lost if an agent leaves?

No. Conversations belong to the agency, not to the agent’s phone: if someone leaves, you reassign their conversations and the history stays.

Can I record voice notes from the computer?

Not yet. You can play and read the transcript of voice notes you receive, and send text, photos, documents and listing cards. In browsers that support it, you can dictate the message instead of typing it.

Which plan includes it?

Every plan, with unlimited conversations. What changes is how many WhatsApp numbers and Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect; Noa’s copilot mode and the conversation summary are available from Profesional.
