Six tools are not a system.
A CRM, a WhatsApp, a website, an e-signature tool and two spreadsheets. Each one works; none of them knows what the others did. ByDomu is the missing layer: a single base where everything that happens in your agency leaves a trace, and from which Noa can answer without making anything up.

What breaks when information lives in six places
The same buyer writes on Instagram on Tuesday and on WhatsApp on Thursday. Two agents work him at once and he gets two different prices.
Lead lostYou drop an apartment’s price in the CRM. The portal still shows the old one because nobody updated it there, and the client arrives at the viewing with a different figure in mind.
Trust lostA sale closes. The agent’s commission lives in one spreadsheet, the sourcing agent’s in another and the network’s in someone’s head. At month end nobody knows what is owed.
Money lostAn agent leaves the agency. Their conversations leave with their phone, and with them the history of twenty half-way clients.
Memory lostNoa is the one who talks. The brain is what she knows.
An AI assistant with no data behind it improvises, and in real estate improvising means quoting a client a price that is not real. Noa has no separate knowledge base: it reads the same one your team uses. Change a price and what it says changes. Pull a listing and it stops offering it. Nothing to sync.
The same base, three different jobs
Starts the day with deals already created, the visit on their calendar and the client’s whole conversation. They log nothing: they talk to the client and the system takes notes.
Sees where leads come from, which stage they get stuck at and what the pipeline is worth, from the same data the team uses. There is no report someone has to assemble on Friday.
Commissions come out of the closed deal, not a separate spreadsheet. Signed contracts hang off the listing and the contact who signed them.
