Questions about Wasi and ByDomu
What is Wasi?
What Wasi is, according to its own site: A real estate CRM with a deal pipeline, client–listing matching and per-agent reports. Publishing to more than 30 portals depending on the country — some require a paid account with the portal — and a website with more than 30 templates. A mobile app, a public API from the Pro plan and a network between agencies. Presence in twenty countries. Plans from 99,900 pesos a month: the entry plan with one user and 30 listings, and a Pro plan with no listing cap. There is no free plan; there is an 8-day trial. Its AI writes listing descriptions and estimates prices. Their site mentions no rental management, accounting or e-signature.
How does ByDomu compare with Wasi?
A tidy, published inventory does not close deals: deals are closed by whoever answers first, does not lose the thread, and knows what each line of business brings in. That is the comparison that matters, and it is where ByDomu puts its whole product.
Which areas does Wasi advertise and which does ByDomu cover?
According to its own site, Wasi advertises 7 of 14 areas: Inventory, Publish to portals, Own website, Sales pipeline, Per-agent performance, Matching client to property, Campaigns and marketing. ByDomu includes all 14 as standard. This counts what Wasi advertises, not what we have tested: we are not saying they do not have it, we are saying they do not advertise it.
What does ByDomu include as standard?
ByDomu includes as standard: Noa answers when your team is not there; An agency inbox, not somebody’s phone; Permissions over the leads; Commissions split, with a status; Rentals and management; Targets and performance per agent; Your portal and your inventory published; 3D Tour and e-signature; Public API and your data.
Does switching to ByDomu from Wasi pay off?
An agency does not switch software because the new one looks nicer. It switches when the numbers add up. Here are the numbers, using ByDomu’s Inmobiliaria plan at 290,000 pesos a month with 3 advisors — 3.5 million a year — as the reference. A single deal pays for more than three years of software: A 400-million home at 3% is a 12-million commission. The software costs 3.5 a year. Noa does not need to bring you ten deals: saving ONE a year that would have fallen through for answering late already pays it back more than three times. Put in your own figures; it works out the same at any ticket size. The line of business you cannot charge for today: Managing rentals is recurring income: 50 leases at 1,500,000 with a 10% fee is 7.5 million a month, every month, without selling anything. Wasi’s site does not mention rental management, so that line runs on spreadsheets or it does not run. The money that leaks inside: The commission worked out wrong, the partial payment nobody chased, the split with the other agency argued after closing. Each one is small; together they are an agent’s salary a year. Wasi reports the agent’s commission per closed deal; splits with another agency, withholdings and partial payments do not appear on its site. What the eleven-at-night lead costs: No study needed: whoever asks about a house at nine on a Saturday writes to three agencies and hires the one that replied. If you answer on Monday, they already viewed with someone else. Wasi mentions sharing listings over WhatsApp; their site mentions nothing that answers for you. Noa replies right then, with your inventory, and books into the agent’s calendar. The figures are examples so you can run the numbers with your own, not a promise of results.
